A short, common-sense set of rules for using our website and services fairly, safely and lawfully.
Scope
This policy applies to your use of the Levrg website and any of our services — including our AI voice and chat assistants. It forms part of our terms of service. By using the site or services you agree to use them only as set out here.
Prohibited uses
You must not use the website or our services to:
- Break the law, or do anything unlawful, harmful, fraudulent or misleading.
- Harass, abuse, threaten or defame anyone, or post content that is obscene or hateful.
- Infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights.
- Introduce or distribute malware, viruses or any other harmful code.
- Attempt unauthorised access to, probe, scan, scrape or overload the site, our systems or their infrastructure.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise try to derive the source or underlying models of our services.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or impersonate any person or organisation.
- Use our AI assistants to send spam, defraud, impersonate, or generate illegal or harmful content.
- Resell, sublicense or provide access to our services to third parties without our written authorisation.
AI-specific rules
Our voice and chat assistants exist to help genuine users. You must not attempt to jailbreak or manipulate them into ignoring their instructions or safeguards, try to extract their system prompts or underlying configuration, or otherwise misuse them — including to produce content that would breach the prohibited uses above.
Consequences
If we reasonably believe you've breached this policy, we may suspend or terminate your access to the site or services without notice, remove offending content, and where appropriate report the matter to the relevant authorities.

Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The version published here is the one that applies, so please check back.
