Who we are

Levrg Automations Ltd is an AI agency based in South Wales, United Kingdom (Company No. 16982533). We build voice agents, chat assistants, websites and lead tools for businesses. This policy covers personal data we handle as a data controller — chiefly the data you give us through this website and our own dealings with you. When we are a controller and when we are a processor

For our website, marketing and enquiries we are the controller — we decide why and how your data is used, and this policy applies. When we run our AI products for a business client — handling that business's callers, visitors or customers — the business is the controller and we act as its processor, only on its instructions. That relationship is governed by our data processing agreement, not this policy.

What we collect

We only collect what we need:

• Enquiry and contact details you submit through our forms or on-site chat — your name, email, phone number and the message you send.
• Analytics data about how the site is used — collected only with your consent, and anonymous and aggregated (see cookies below).
• Basic technical information your browser sends (such as IP address) used to serve and secure the site.

Why we use it and our lawful basis

We rely on legitimate interests to respond to and follow up on your enquiry, and to run, secure and improve the site and our services — a limited, expected use that does not override your rights. We rely on your consent for analytics cookies, which you can withdraw at any time. We never sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

Where our services record calls or chats, we keep the call recording and chat record for 12 months. After 12 months the recording is deleted and the transcript is anonymised — phone numbers and names are removed. Enquiry and lead details are kept only while the enquiry is active and no longer than necessary. Analytics data is anonymous and aggregated.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with processors that help us run the service, each under a data-processing agreement:

• Where your data is stored — Supabase (our database — Frankfurt, EU), Amazon Web Services (call-recording storage — eu-central-1, EU) and Hetzner (the servers our systems run on — Germany, EU).
• To deliver the service — specialist providers for AI language models, speech-to-text and text-to-speech, and telephony process your data to run the assistant, but do not store it.
• Website analytics — loaded only with your consent (see our cookie policy).

The complete, current list of named sub-processors is set out in our data processing agreement. We may also share data where the law requires it, or to protect our rights.

International transfers

The personal data we store is held in the UK and EEA. Where a provider that helps deliver the service processes data outside the UK/EEA, that transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards — Standard Contractual Clauses or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email [email protected] and we'll respond within the timescales the law requires.
